• Payment Calculation Rules:

• Choosing Your Reward:

• Important Notes:
  
  1. Referrers with a history of abandoned orders will not be eligible to participate.
  2. Referred friends with a history of abandoned orders will not be eligible for the rewards.
  3. Multiple accounts under the same user are not allowed.
  4. Only accounts with complete profile details (address & IC number) can redeem rewards.
  5. Accounts must be verified with a mobile number to claim rewards.
  6. Once the reward is claimed, it cannot be changed.

Cashback Usage Terms:

• Cashback can be used for first-time payments on Letao, covering service fees and product costs.
• Cashback expires in 30 days from the date of issuance.
• If an order using cashback is canceled or refunded, the cashback will not be returned and will be deducted from the refund amount.

50% Off Discount Voucher Terms:

• The 50% Off Discount Voucher applies to JDirectItems Auctions & Japan-wide proxy purchases on the first payment only.
• The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• The discount applies 50% off the original item price in JPY (rounded down), with a maximum cap of ¥1,000, and the final amount is converted to MYR based on the current exchange rate.
• If the voucher is not used on the first payment, it cannot be refunded or reused.
• Each order can only use one voucher.
• Bundled orders from the same seller cannot be split for separate discount calculations.
• Eligible Orders for 50% Off Discount Voucher: The first payment must be completed within 48 hours of order placement.
• Orders Not Eligible for the 50% Off Discount Voucher: Includes categories such as tickets, coupons, and hotel reservations, including gift vouchers, prepaid cards, and similar items, as well as orders redirected to another address within Japan.
• Auction & Shopping Orders: Once an order is confirmed, the voucher cannot be refunded if the order is canceled.
If a refund is required due to an incomplete transaction, the refund amount will be deducted after subtracting the used voucher value. Since used vouchers are non-refundable, they will be automatically forfeited.
