What fees do you have to pay for canceling a purchase after winning the bid/order???
If you win the bid or after placing an order cannot purchase the goods, we need you to go through「Customer Service Message」Notifying the reason why the product cannot be purchased, we will do our best to help you negotiate with the seller to reduce your compensation amount. If the seller is willing to accept the cancellation, you need to bear at least all costs incurred from listing the product, which is generally around 10% to 20% of the winning bid price or product price (it could be a higher amount), along with the remittance handling fee of 265 yen. 。
If we are unable to contact you, Letao may reduce the number of bids or limit the bidding functionality, so please make sure to contact us for processing.
Reminder: Generally, Japanese sellers cannot accept cancellations after winning a bid or placing an order, so there is a high chance you will still need to purchase the item. 。

1.is in bidding. If the winning bid amount for the item is below 5,001 yen, due to the low amount, regular sellers do not accept cancellations, so we cannot assist with cancellation matters. The cancellation fee mentioned above will not apply, please understand.。
