Basic instructions
These logistics consignment usage specifications ( hereinafter referred to as the consignment specifications ) are deemed to be entrusted by the member to the Letao Digital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd website ( hereinafter referred to as the carrier ) to handle the consignment of the purchased goods when the member clicks " Letao Digital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Logistics " after purchasing the goods . This applies when a person handles the shipping service ( hereinafter referred to as this service ) .
When members choose this service , they agree that the carrier will directly use the delivery information filled in by the member after purchasing the goods or preset in the system ; and the member has the obligation to record and confirm personal delivery information in detail . If it is untrue or unclear , the carrier may inspect it .
If the value of the goods shipped by members exceeds New Taiwan Dollars (NT.20,000) , they should choose other domestic shipping services that can report the value . This service does not include Declaration and shipping services .
If the shipping information is false or false , the carrier will not be liable for any transportation damages .
Members agree to entrust the carrier to properly package the goods according to the nature , weight , volume, etc. of the goods .

Reject shipment
If a member or the consignment has the following circumstances , the carrier may refuse to consign it :
Members who require additional payment .
The transportation of documents violates laws and regulations ( including but not limited to postal laws ) .
When the goods are the following items :
Guns, ammunition, swords and other dangerous and prohibited items ( including all dangerous or prohibited items specified by law ) .
The goods that the carrier specifically refuses to accept are as follows :
Classified according to the nature of the goods
‧Cash , bills , stocks and other securities or jewelry , antiques , art products , precious metals and other valuables .
‧Credit cards , cash cards , bids or similar items .
‧Remains , memorial tablets , Buddha statues , etc.
‧Animals : dogs , cats , birds , etc.
‧Documents : such as admission tickets , passports , air tickets , etc.
‧Drawings , manuscripts , cassettes , disks or other items of the same nature that cannot be reproduced .
‧Pyrotechnics , oil products , gas bottles , thinners and other flammable , volatile and corrosive items .
‧Toxic items .
‧Items that are dangerous or contrary to public order , good customs , etc.
‧Other items that the carrier determines cannot be accepted .
2Divided according to product price
‧The value of the consigned goods exceeds NT$20,000 .
3. When natural disasters or force majeure occur .

Shipping process instructions
On the premise of ensuring the quality of delivery , members agree that the goods accepted by the carrier may be delivered by other units or operators other than the carrier , but the carrier shall still bear the responsibility for delivery in accordance with these terms .
Members agree to use the following persons as approved recipients of goods to be delivered :
1. If the place of delivery is a residence , the manager , co-resident or similar person shall be used .
2. If the place of delivery is not as specified in the preceding paragraph , the person responsible for the delivery shall be the manager , colleague or similar person .
If the carrier cannot confirm the identity of the recipient or the recipient ( including the recipient of the previous article ) refuses to accept it or is unable to accept it for other reasons , the carrier may require the member to inspect the goods within a certain period of time without being liable for delay or custody. Provide disposal instructions , and in case of violation, the carrier may dispose of the goods according to the nature of the goods or convert the goods to self-pickup goods .
When the delivered goods are converted to self-pickup due to the reasons stated in the previous article , the member understands and agrees to pick up the goods by himself within a certain period of time after receiving the notice from the carrier , and agrees that any failure to do so will be deemed to have automatically given up the ownership of the self-pickup goods , and the carrier No responsibility for safekeeping .
The costs incurred in the disposal in accordance with the provisions of this article shall be borne by the members .
when the carrier learns during transportation that the goods are rejected goods , in order to prevent losses during transportation , the carrier may unload the goods immediately . The required fees shall be borne by the members .
Any damage and liability caused by the goods mentioned in the preceding article and the consignment note not being filled out in detail or the consignment note being filled out falsely ( including but not limited to the goods consigned by the shipper causing the carrier to be sanctioned and fined by government agencies ) , the shipper shall bear full liability for compensation .

Loss of goods and damages
Members understand and agree that the carrier shall not be liable for any loss , damage , delay in delivery , etc. caused by the following reasons :
1. Defects in goods caused by natural wear and tear .
2. Fire , explosion , mold , rot , discoloration , rust and other similar reasons caused by the nature of the goods .
3. Caused by strikes , slowdowns , social movement incidents or criminal cases .
4. Fires caused by the transporter cannot be blamed .
5 Traffic obstructions caused by unpredictable or force majeure factors or decisions of other agencies .
6 Caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes , tsunamis , floods , storms , landslides , etc.
7. Stopping transportation , opening , confiscating , sealing , or delivering to a third party due to execution of laws or public powers .
8. The consignment note contains errors , or is caused by the intention or negligence of the shipper or consignee .
9. Other losses such as loss , damage , delayed delivery, etc. that are not attributable to the carrier .
Members understand and agree that for exclusive consignments , the carrier shall not be liable for any loss , damage , delay in delivery, etc. , except that the carrier may immediately terminate the transportation contract . Responsible for compensation .
the carrier's liability is extinguished after the carrier delivers the goods to the recipient .
Members understand and agree that for losses caused by the loss of goods , the carrier will limit its liability to NT$ based on the value of the goods ( the value of the goods at the place of delivery , the same below ) NT Compensation shall be made within the range of two hundred thousand yuan (NT.20,000) ( hereinafter referred to as the " Limited Amount " ) .
The member understands and agrees that for losses caused by damage to the goods , the carrier will compensate the goods within a limited amount based on the value of the goods and the extent of the damage .
The member understands and agrees that if the goods are delayed in delivery ( meaning the goods are not delivered on the scheduled delivery date , but the carrier has issued a " no -contact order " ) , any damage caused to the member by the carrier will be covered by the freight . Compensate within the scope .
If the total loss caused by loss , damage , or delay in delivery of the goods occurs at the same time , the carrier will only compensate within the limit .
Members understand and agree that except for the above provisions , the carrier is not liable for any indirect losses .
For matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use , the shipping precautions shown in the carrier's business office shall be followed . If there are any matters not covered , general traffic laws, etc. or customs shall be followed .

Personal Data Terms
In order to provide member goods shipping services ( hereinafter referred to as the " Service " ) and complete this service , members agree to provide relevant personal information to the Letao Digital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd website ( hereinafter referred to as the " Company " ) for the purposes necessary to provide this service .
In order to complete this service , in addition to agreeing that the company may contact the member by phone , email , text message, etc. , the company also agrees that the company may provide the member's personal information to vendors that cooperate with transaction-related services ( such as Japanese third parties ) .
and preserving the personal information provided by members for this service in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act , the Company will also properly destroy it after the legal retention period has expired .
If a member is unwilling to provide your basic information , the company will not be able to further provide this service , so please bear with us .
